      are built.  Integrity means being honest with others as well as with yourself and

     Service
      Real estate investment consulting is an uncommon service which involves a
      commitment to helping others.  It requires us to have a sense to service before
      self which spills over into our commitment to the community.

     Excellence
      Competence or excellence in all things we do is paramount.  Doing the best we
      can is not just a professional obligation, it's a moral one as well.
