We rely heavily on positive referrals.  When you refer a property
        to us, we will give you a $250. referral fee at the time of closing with us. 
        Closing time can vary from 3 days (time for a title search) to a couple
        of months depending on the individual needs and circumstances 
        involved. 

      Some ways our "bird dogs" find properties are:

         Friends
         Hear of someone getting a job transfer
         FSBOs (for sale by owners)
         Tall grass in the yard
         Know of a death
         Divorce
         Vacant house
         OR someone possibly facing Foreclosure.
         The sooner that we can work with them, the better it will be
         for their credit standing. 

         We will treat your referral with the same integrity as we
          would anyone else.  You will get a progress report on your
          referrals.
